Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the uuok99 platform available at uuok99.net, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the platform in any capacity.

If you are accessing uuok99 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In such circumstances, "you" and "your" shall refer to both you and the represented party.

uuok99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law specifically requires notice to be given. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms in full. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification Procedures

uuok99 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. During the registration process, you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. uuok99 may at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity — request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid driving licence.

If you fail to provide satisfactory age or identity verification documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request, uuok99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. If it is established that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original deposit payment source.

Account Registration

To access the real-money services available at uuok99, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that will serve as your primary account identifier and a means by which uuok99 may contact you.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active player account at uuok99. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment credentials, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If uuok99 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts beyond the first registered will be closed, any balances therein will be forfeited, and any winnings generated via duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. uuok99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify uuok99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or transfer your account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. uuok99 reserves the right to close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of credential sharing.

Accurate Information Requirement

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment credentials — you must update your account information promptly. uuok99 may request documentary proof of any information held on your account at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the uuok99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uuok99 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT-denominated transactions. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

uuok99 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before crediting a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. Declined deposits will be returned to the originating payment account within the processing timeframes of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. uuok99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before processing a withdrawal, uuok99 may require you to complete identity verification, provide proof of payment method ownership, and confirm that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during specialist support hours (08:00–23:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. uuok99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times as these may be affected by factors outside our direct control, including payment provider system maintenance windows.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Minors are not permitted to claim or use any bonus under any circumstances.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Betting & Gaming Rules

uuok99 operates both a sports betting product and a casino product (including live dealer and RNG games). All bets and wagers placed on the uuok99 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or market.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the terms and conditions of the specific market at the time the bet is placed. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are locked for that wager. uuok99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Delays in bet acceptance caused by network latency are the responsibility of the player — uuok99 does not guarantee bet acceptance response times during high-traffic periods such as BPL finals or ICC tournament knockout stages.

Casino & RNG Games

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uuok99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where relevant — reporting to applicable authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any other point.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account or request withdrawals.
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sports events on which bets are placed at uuok99.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the uuok99 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the uuok99 platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards uuok99 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform or placing bets on behalf of another individual, including as part of any form of syndicate arrangement not expressly permitted by uuok99.

Account Suspension & Closure

uuok99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion via uuok99's Responsible Gaming tools or via a third-party self-exclusion service.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to uuok99.
• uuok99 is required to close the account by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your uuok99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment account, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by uuok99 — your right to access the platform immediately terminates. uuok99 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Closed accounts may not be reopened without the express written consent of uuok99's compliance team, and accounts closed for breach of these terms will not ordinarily be reinstated.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Self-exclusion closures are treated with the highest priority and are processed without delay. Players who have self-excluded will not be targeted with promotional communications for the duration of their exclusion period. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uuok99's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your uuok99 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. uuok99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not uuok99 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits uuok99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. uuok99 makes no representation that the services available at uuok99.net are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to them personally.
